Tommy arrived the next PM ontime, fixed it in 20 minutes. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. Only demerit was that the office told me it would be $75 per hour, possibly less if it took less time, so I thought it would be a fraction of the full amount - maybe my misunderstanding.
