When I came to Angie’s list to get a quote on the roof repair I received several calls from multiple contractors. Those that came out told me I needed to replace the entire underlayment on a roof that was less than 10 years old. Prices were $17-$20,000. when Desert Sun came out, they were upfront, honest, and refreshing. He told me I did not need to replace the entire underlayment and had at least three years left on it. For less than 1/8 of the price the other companies wanted to charge me. Then after all the work was done I asked how much would it have been to replace the underlayment for the entire roof and his price was still thousands less than the other companies. Now I have time to save over the next year because I will definitely be calling them back to do the full repair when the time comes.

Charles came out to look at the roof, said it didn't need to be completely redone. Told me what should be done, how much it would cost and provide a warranty. We scheduled the repair, he arrived before he said he would, which is great! Brought me up on the roof to show me what he was doing. Upfront and honest, that's all you can ask of someone. Highly recommend and will use again when the time comes.

We did not go up on a ladder, but my husband was shown pictures of the completed roof. It appeared to look good. They cleaned up well. It has a ten year guarantee, so I feel good about that. I appreciate that they were available so quickly.

Incredible customer service and quality of work. There are not enough good things to say about Charles Keith and Desert Sun Roofing. They came to my home within three days of my initial call, did an inspection and the next day came and repaired the roof. Incredibly responsive. High quality work and Charles and his son Charles, Jr. were onsite the entire time to assure the work was done to perfection. Talked to Charles on Monday, came out the next day and gave me a very reasonable estimate. They came out Thursday and repaired my tile roof and put a new roof on my patio, completed every thing the same day. Note - there were several companies listed on Home Advisor for what I needed and they were the only ones that responded. Also found out that that they paint both inside and outside of homes. That's what I call great service from a great company!
