They recommended what equipment to buy and where, as I wanted to upgrade to a combination lock. I called back when I had the equipment and we scheduled the project the next day. The locksmith Brett called to tell me when he would arrive. He was on time and he quickly installed the locks and hardware, and made a couple sets of keys.
