"Joshua did a great job diagnosing my computer problem, a loose fan and heat sink on the CPU. He took it home and redid the fan, heat sink and heat transfer paste and all is well. It was a tricky problem. Definitely recommend Glick's. He even added a few apps while he had the computer so I can monitor for problems with the CPU, Hard Drive and memory with much more detail than Task Manager. Great Job!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Every time he comes, we have 7 computers and he checks and updates everything and fixes everything that others couldn't fix. he configures the whole network in the house to make sure that all our computer are all hooked up and communicating with the network. he is clean, careful, and very professional with his work. Matt arrived at my doorstep about 2 hours later (not making this up), and had both problems solved in about an hour (not making that up either). "It was great. Within maybe 30 minutes I received a call from a tech in my area and we arranged for him to come to my house the next day, I believe. He spent a couple hours here, ran several pieces of diagnostic software, and removed some malware. I have no idea of all the functions he performed. When he left, my laptop ran like a new laptop!
