On the date of your move, your foreman will give you a courtesy call to introduce himself, as well as, give you an estimated time of the crew's arrival. Upon arriving at your location, your foreman will conduct a walk through and go over paper work with you, while the remainder of the crew begins preparing for your move by padding your doorways and stairways. All of your oversized belongings will be padded and shrink wrapped at your discretion. Your belongings will be dissembled and disconnected (as needed) at your departing location and then reassembled and reconnected at your destination (with the exception of electronic devices). Our highly trained loaders will carefully load your belongings onto our 26-foot truck in an organized and strategic manner to ensure the safety of your belongings during transit. After your move is completed a quality assurance call is conducted with our office staff to ensure that your move was executed proficiently and professionally.

"The toilet needed to be replaced. I was told that I would only get the builder standard grade toilet even though I was signed up with the highest plan. The plumber was replaced my toilet with something that was definitely builder grade and not even close to what I had. I called CHOICE and they told me that it should have been replaced with something comparable to what I had. Twice they told me they were going to have my claim looked at and I have not received a call about it or any new information. The new toilet is wrong in size and specs and doesn't fit well where it is in the bathroom."
