"Dale was terrific he arrived on time, was prepared to go to work, on arrival. Picked up a few necessary items, I didn’t have. Started and finished the job, cleaned up. Left with a functioning Ring doorbell that was connected to hard wire. Very professional and thorough."

"We had a great experience with Justin and our installers. They were knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The only opportunity for improvement would be clean up of work debris. They skipped that on the back patio. Everywhere else was cleaned up. Would recommend and use again."

"We had them install 2 dedicated outlets upstairs in our house. They did a great job. They were very courteous and even wore shoe covers when moving around inside the house. Kurt was prompt with both the estimate and the work. Very nice company to work with."

"Great prompt response to my call for help with my partially installed video camera system. Nick showed up on time and was patient, a good listener, and addressed my concerns with an easy manner. He offered several options and helpful information so I could decide the most effective path to use and manage my system. I will call S&R Tech first, for help next time."

"We hired Planet Geek for an evaluation of our security camera needs. We had existing security cameras that had become outdated and not particularly reliable. Adam came to our home and evaluated our needs and suggested a plan that would meet our surveillance requirements. The cameras were installed by an experienced team and provided great coverage for our home. The cost of the system was comparable to other proposals from other vendors, but seemed more comprehensive and better supported. My best recommendation is to say that we preferred their work so much that we hired Planet Geek a second time as they first installed security and surveillance cameras at my daughter?s home. Now we have two systems which are running as advertised. Thank you, Adam and Planet Geek for your support."

"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"Jeremy suggested a new receiver as I wanted to put most of the controls in the master bedroom which meant going through the wall and having the remote work through the wall. The old receiver wouldn't do that nor was it compatible with Air Play for my Apple devices. Once I received the estimate I checked pricing on line, finding the receiver for slightly less, Jeremy met that price. On the day of the install, Brad arrived first and started getting everything laid out. He and Jeremy were here for the entire afternoon. One of the speakers in the ceiling was not working, Jeremy spent about 40 minutes in the attic (thank heavens it was January and cool). He found a solution to the problem but when it came time to install the new CD changer, it didn't work. ( I had purchased that component from Best Buy.) Once I was able to get the new CD changer Jeremy and Brad came back. They got it hooked up and did some minor programming adjustments to the universal remote I also bought from Jeremy. I can't thank these guys enough. They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my time and my home, cleaned up any mess that was made and were very pleasant. You can't go wrong using them. I don't know what the problem was with a couple of the low reviews but I would hire Jeremy and his company again in a nanosecond! Thank you Jeremy and Brad!"

"The two handymen were so professional and quick with their work. Both items were done well. The response time was amazing. I called in the morning and by 2:00 pm the work was done. They cleaned up very well and even put the ladder away that I had out in my own attempts to install the light. I will be using them again soon.

"My house was built in 2020, and I'm the first owner. The builder didn't provide a doorbell, so I chose a battery-powered Ring doorbell camera. Until Smart Tech came to install & hard wire the doorbell, I had to remove and recharge it as needed. I decided to have a camera installed on my patio, but once again, there was no wiring easily available. When Patrick from Smart Tech arrived to give me an estimate, he recommended the solar-powered Ring Spotlight Cam Plus, which was a great suggestion. Using solar power eliminated the need to find wiring to power the camera. The work was done three days ago by Patrick from Smart Tech Security LLC. My doorbell is hard wired and my patio camera is powered by the sun. I am pleased by Patrick's work and his friendly, professional attitude."
