Adam his team are amazing. Adam takes the time to walk you through all the technology and is very patient. The work they did with the full automation of all my tv's, lights, shades, music, streaming, the ourdoor speakers, cameras, security are phenomenal. You have one remote or an app on my phone to control everything without having to have multiple remotes for everything is priceless. Anytime I have ever need anything I call or email the the office and I am always taking care of right away. Their attention to detail and care are definitely a family feeling. It is been well over 5 years since my install and everything been wonderful. Thank you Adam and the whole team at Planet Geek.

Commercial Surveillance Camera Installation or Repair

We hired Planet Geek for an evaluation of our security camera needs. We had existing security cameras that had become outdated and not particularly reliable. Adam came to our home and evaluated our needs and suggested a plan that would meet our surveillance requirements. The cameras were installed by an experienced team and provided great coverage for our home. The cost of the system was comparable to other proposals from other vendors, but seemed more comprehensive and better supported. My best recommendation is to say that we preferred their work so much that we hired Planet Geek a second time as they first installed security and surveillance cameras at my daughter?s home. Now we have two systems which are running as advertised. Thank you, Adam and Planet Geek for your support.

Price increased 40%ish without any heads up. When it came time to pay, surprise $300 more. Also half my house is covered in white dust. Edit: added photo taken seconds after the crew left to show it was there when they left. You guys just rubbed a hand vac over parts of my floor.

Experts in what they do, hire them. Had them run 2 in-wall and 2 ceiling surrounds and it was a challenging run. Expertly notched a couple studs and got them where i wanted them and perfectly centered. Careful, great communication, precise, and cleaned up fully. Really solid crew and professional all the way around.
