"Love the windows and the install went great. The windows themselves were installed and the interior frame was great. However, when they went to install the exterior frame, it didn't quite cover the stucco. They did bring in a stucco guy, however, I wasn't really impressed with them. We had to really push to get the stucco fixed the next day so that we could get the scheduled stucco completed the following day."

"It is a waste of money. The great majority of people are not going to find any value out of the service. If you need design consultation, you need a full service consultation. If you already have knowledge and experience, and you just need to get a few ideas, then you don't need to pay for that. You can just get a magazine or a book since you already have the knowledge of basic designs in your head or a little bit of experience. To have someone call you and give you information over the phone, you are not getting the personal service that you need. You may as well take the money $49 and apply it to something else like getting someone else to come out and give you the service that you need. Because, you are not getting much, you are not getting anything at all. They are going to have you do the work. After talking to them and I was talking to other home designers, I found out that that was a waste of time and waste of money. I gave them a C because they didn't fail at what they do but they don't offer any value for what they do. There's not much value to it. The cost was fair. They didn't do a terrible job and the cost isn't terrible, it was only $49. It just has a very low value. For responsiveness I gave them a B because they will answer your phone and answer your emails."

"I had four bathroom showers/tubs of varying difficulty remodeled through DreamStyle and overall I had a great experience! John and Luis completed the first remodel, they were quick and efficient and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Lyle and Will completed the second remodel, this project ran into a slight snag as the previous owners didn't correctly vent the sewer line. Lyle and Will stopped work and immediately told me so that I could figure out how to correct this issue. They also helped with installing the solution and the project was only delayed by a day. Raul and Eddie completed the third and fourth remodels. They really went above and beyond and helped solve some issues that arose during the install. They also provided input on how to really customize the install to maximize aesthetics and functionality. They even came in on their Saturday off to finish off the project (the master shower install took longer than expected). Overall, the crews did a great work, I'm really happy with the installs and the new showers look amazing. The crews were on time, communication was great, and the work took as long as expected. The biggest bonus for me was that there wasn't any "scope creep" meaning that even though there were some issues that the crews ran into they helped fixed them and didn't charge me a crazy amount extra. The overall quality of the product seems great as well - so far no issues! Would highly recommend DreamStyle if your bathroom needs an update."
