"Grout Cleaning - I made the unfortunate decision of entrusting this so-called grout cleaning service with the task of revitalizing my grout. They boldly promised a two-step process: first, they claimed they would use a machine to clean, followed by a second person who would spot clean any stubborn stains the machine missed. However, what I received was nothing short of a grout disaster. They dispatched only one individual, and their cleaning contraption left my grout in a horrendous state, riddled with a chaotic mix of dark and light spots. In a state of frustration, I contacted them the very next day, seeking a prompt resolution to this mess. Shockingly, they informed me that they couldn't even consider examining the issue for a staggering two weeks! As someone with my house on the market, having disfigured grout for two weeks was beyond unacceptable. And when they finally did decide to grace me with their presence, they played a tiresome game of date and time roulette, repeatedly changing their commitment. Upon their eventual arrival, they displayed an astonishing lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging their duty to rectify their shoddy workmanship, they attempted to talk me out of it. Emailed requesting a phone call to go over the quote for full understanding and got no response back for a week and a half, so I fired them. They are polite and seem nice when you can actually get a hold of them. I can't imagine how the job would go if there were issues or I had a question along the way. They did work with my ins agent well and completed minor work that I can't rate since I still have holes in my ceiling and have a destroyed shower months later. Would not recommend."
