"Communication" - Keeping customers updated on when windows are being made, shipped, delivered, and installed would be very helpful. - If there are any delays, a quick update goes a long way. - Timely responses to calls or emails ensure questions or concerns aren’t missed. - Making sure installers have all materials on hand helps avoid delays. - If the crew needs to return to complete the job, clear communication—both verbal and written—would be appreciated. - Sharing photos of the completed work would be a nice touch. - Having someone perform a quick quality check and obtain customer sign-off would make the process feel complete. "Hired to rip out existing shower and replace with tile. He said would take a week and it's been over a month. Says he'll be there, never shows or answers calls or text. He's been paid $2500, and still hasn't finished. Won't return calls. I have to hire someone else to come fix a lot of mistakes he's made. Didn't clean up after himself and now I have paint all over my yard. No hard feelings wish the guy well. Just wished I would have read a review before I hired him."
