Found him to be very personable on the phone and made an appointment for an estimate for the next day. He was right on time and he listened to my every concern about the problem with my flat roof which I had been trying to fix. Having worked with other roofing contractors as a Pastor with Churches having flat roof problems, I found Andrew to be very knowledgeable. Upon his examination of my roof we agreed to have the repairs made and the roof spayed with urethane and then sprayed and back rolled with elastomeric cool coat. Very Reasonably priced. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof.
