Randy communicated well and was polite but after five days, Randy had only partially completed three doors. His work was subpar and we parted ways. Finish carpentry is not his strong suit."

The work was top notch and Jerry’s OCD made sure my TVs were hung to perfection as well as all of our wall speakers and in door golf simulator. Jerry also helped us source great deals for the equipment which really helped and his rates were very fair! We did not want to go too cheap on work like this in our home and Jerry kept his word. The company is so cheap about replacing malfunctioning equipment. My front door lock doesn't work and I have been working on getting a replacement for over a month. Still no luck. An appointment is not an appointment but I rough guideline to when someone may or may not show up. There are a lot of alarm companies and I could never recommend Vivint."
