Cristen came out and gave a straight forward presentation with no pressure to purchase. Our decision was to purchase screens for the west and east facing windows. We were so happy with them in March of 2015 we decided to add screens on two other windows on the north side of the house. I spoke to Cristen, she came out and measured the windows. Installation was professional and they arrived when we were told they would.
Only one small area that needs improvement is the office could be staffed during business hours. Each time I called I left a message and it was a couple of days before I was able to speak with Cristen.
