I found Alltech on the internet and they had very good ratings, we did get several bids from them and other top rated companies. But when I met with Richard Bierle, Alltech Solutions Director of Sales, I have to admit that not only was he one of the nicest and most professional people I had been dealing with, but he also instilled a trust factor in me that was incredible, after all that we have been through. Richard did a complete inspection of our system and then after consulting with his installation team determined that they absolutely could fix the problems. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. I was sent an email which stated the tech’s name (Jeremy Dillon). arrival time/ date my home 11 AM Tues 12/22, he arrived early (great), accessed the problem, went got the parts, returned fixed my broken pipes all within about 1 hr.
