"Very professional and clean installation process. Francisco and his crew came fully prepared with extra hardware to remedy some installation location issues that my TVs presented. He is also really knowledgeable on all the equipment and really loves the industry. They mounted four TVs ranging from 55” to 83”. The 83 inch was a flush mount frame that came out beautifully. Will definitely be using their services again."

"My 75" wall-mounted TV died and I needed to return it to Costco for a replacement. Troy was the first HomeAdvisor company to call me. He offered to dismount my TV, load it on his truck and exchange it with me at Costco, return with the new TV and remount and rewire it to it's original condition. I expected to pay a fortune for all this work, but Troy quoted and charged a very affordable price. He and his helper Bob, were professional and courteous the entire time. I highly recommend this company."

"Xavier was quick and reliable! First visit wasn’t successful because the tv I orginally received was damaged when we opened it! It was outside of his control but he made sure to follow up and come back when they sent a new tv! Highly recommended! Thanks again Xavier!"

Tv Mount Install questions, answered by experts

The cost to have a TV professionally mounted typically ranges from $160 to $360, with a national average of about $260. This price is for labor and does not include the TV mount itself. Several factors can affect the final cost, including the size of the TV and the type of mount used; for example, a fireplace mount costs more than an under-cabinet one. If you want to hide the wires within the wall, the price can increase significantly, potentially to $1,000 or more. For an accurate estimate, it is best to contact a local TV mounting service.

While it can be done, hanging a TV on a brick wall without drilling requires thoughtful care. Conditions of the wall, the weight of the TV, any items below the TV, and more must be taken into account. To effectively mount the TV would require specific tools to install, such as TV stands, clamps, and strong adhesives.

The VESA mounting standard refers to the layout of the mounting holes on the back of all televisions that follow the standard. These holes appear in the same place on all TVs of a certain size. This allows the mounting bracket and hardware manufacturers to build the brackets to fit the VESA standard. Ideally, if everyone follows the VESA standard, any brand of TV should fit any brand of mounting bracket, as long as the sizes match up correctly.

Choosing the right size of wall anchors is essential for a secure installation. The size of the wall anchors should match the size of the screws you plan to use. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations for the specific wall anchors you purchase. Typically, the packaging of the wall anchors will indicate the appropriate screw size and diameter for a proper fit.

Yes, drywall can hold a 50-pound TV. However, when mounting a TV, you’ll either need to attach it to wall studs or use drywall anchors. If you use anchors, make sure to buy a type that can hold at least 50 pounds. Molly bolts, threaded anchors, and toggle bolts are all good options. For extra support, you can also install a wall mounting plate with the anchors.
