He offered to dismount my TV, load it on his truck and exchange it with me at Costco, return with the new TV and remount and rewire it to it's original condition. I expected to pay a fortune for all this work, but Troy quoted and charged a very affordable price. He and his helper Bob, were professional and courteous the entire time. Didn t work with the original mount so he got a better mount from his truck and we paid a bit more but it was the only way it would have worked in our situation. He was at our home for a while to complete the job but didn t increase the price based on the difficulty and time spent (why we decided to get help and not do it ourselves).
