"Warning to Future Prospective Customers: While I understand that mistakes can happen in business, my experience with Arizona Turf Professionals has been nothing short of frustrating, and ultimately, they failed to take full responsibility for their negligence. My family hired them for a project in 2021, and over three years later, leaving us to deal with unnecessary financial and emotional stress. Our project, which involved turf installation, pavers, and a new grill, cost over $60,000 in trying to fix their lack of due diligence on the project. The goal was to conserve water with turf in our 2,000 square-foot backyard. This cost us more and saved no water over the 3 years due to a water irrigation leak caused by their failure to properly close off irrigation lines before laying the turf which they were given ample warning. This negligence led to over $5,000 in additional water waste and higher utility bills, something we only discovered after hiring a leak detection company. Nothing"

"Arrived right on time, trimmed out the (3) 30 ft palms and (2) pineapple palms as I had instructed. The crew was polite and responsive for the whole time I was out bothering them. I forgot one spot after they left because I didn’t walk the yard and I called. The crew immediately returned and took care of the work. They did a great job and cleaned up everything before leaving. If it wasn’t for the trees looking nice and trimmed, you’d never know they had been there. Great job Elite crew and Thank You!"

They worked with me to bring my vision for my front yard landscape and patio build-out to life and I'm happy with the finished project. It took about 2 weeks longer than planned due to some unexpected delays that were out of their hands (gravel delivery). The reason I gave 4.5 stars vs. 5 is because communication between the working team and my customer service rep could have been better, and while the overall quality of the workmanship on the masonry was good, they overlooked some small details that now we're having to go back and address. Also, I wish I had purchased the plants myself. The ones I received from the company were expensive and very small and are going to take forever to grow."
