"Tech was nice, but one hour and $240 later, he said he was unable to reprogram remotes or key pad (he indicated a defective board on one and the programming wouldn’t keep). And then he indicated it would be over $2,600 to install new openers (he would install a lesser opener on the single garage door, which seems fine). Wow!!! I told him no thank you!"

We will not be the cheapest, but we stand behind our work and products we use which reflects in our warranties. Since then I have worked with some of Arizona's largest painting companies such as Pete King and Ghaster Painting completing many jobs in both commercial and residential. I completed top of my class 3 years interior decorating and design through the Phoenix Painters Union Local 86 and I have worked on projects such as the Wildlife World Zoo building and painting exhibits for over 10 years, Phoenix City Hall, Pointe resorts as well as many residential projects new and repaint. I have a vast knowledge in the construction industry and don't "just throw the paint on". I know what causes the underlying problems and how to CORRECTLY fix it. I was also a Superintendent for Del Webb Coventry and participated in the building of many large housing divisions such as Anthem, Sun City West, Sun City Grand, McDowell Mountain Ranch Stetson Hills and Kensington Estates in Mesa just to name a few. I have a very strong reputation for my integrity and quality and can provide many reliable and VERY satisfied references upon request.
