"Showed how to use the lighting remote."

"I would like to commend Josh Carter, owner of 1st Choice Custom Landscaping and Irrigation for the work his company did installing a new irrigation system for me. Josh has built his business based upon a foundation of honesty and a strong work ethic. He goes above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. I have used my new irrigation system all summer and am very pleased with it. Josh also returned this fall, at my request, to show me how to winterize the system. I will be calling upon Josh and his crew again next Spring to do some landscaping work for me. I highly recommend this company for whatever your landscaping and irrigation system needs might be."

"Jeremy and his crew are the best. He drew up a great plan to replace old shrubs we had removed. He also fixed some issues with our sprinkler system, installed landscape lighting, replaced Bermuda sod and removed old wooden fencing in a very timely fashion. Would 100% use Black Tie Services in the future."

"Scotty did a fantastic job! The siding looks new! He cleaned inside and out of all windows and they look fabulous. He cleaned light fixtures outside and decking. He was thorough and put back everything as he found it. He worked us into his busy schedule . He was prompt and very professional . His fee was very reasonable and well worth it. We were very pleased and will hire him again. We highly recommend Scotty and his business."

"I purchased 4 hours of service through the Arkansas Daily Deal.  When I called to schedule my service I was informed that the 4 hours of service I had purchased did not include going into the attic that there would be a minimum charge of $75.00 for that, therefore, I purchased  a led retrofit light from Home Depot so they would not have to go into the attic.  When he arrived he said that it would not work that he would have to install a new can light that he had on his truck and he would have to go into the attic to do so.  He charged me $48.00 for your basic can light and $75.00 additional labor.  Since I had already paid $99.00 it cost me $232.69 for your basic can light and about 45 minutes of labor.  I would never call them again.
