"Overall it went well. They arrived on time and got the jobs done quickly. The gutters are now clean and the windows mostly clean. I say "mostly" as the process they use involves cleaning them with a brush on a long pole that has builtin water jets. They claim the water they use is purified, and certainly I saw a filter in line with the hose pipe. This process gets all the dirt off the window but does leave some water spots behind. It is certainly a cheap way to clean the windows but doesn't give perfect results (but then, I've yet to see perfect results from any window washer)."

"Well, they were late.  Didn't bring a ladder,  but I have an extra that another contractor left here, so I had one they could use.  Cleaned the gutters, which required removing the  gutter covers/ leaf preventers (hah!) and then re-installing them.

Unfortunately, about 3 weeks later we had some pretty strong winds and 3 of the gutter covers blew off.  I hadn't gotten around to re-installing them when they came to install the Christmas lights, so they put them back on for me.

Also, they didn't turn the water off when they were through.  A couple weeks later the POA came by to tell me I had a water leak; well , no, the fools had left the water running.  My water bill was triple that month.  Sheesh.

So, yeah, I wouldn't have made the same mistakes if I'd done it myself, but I really don't want to be on the roof where it's a two-story drop and there's no one here to watch.  So I'll probably use these folks again, but I also know to check EVERYTHING before they leave."

"Contacted Tru Cut and they gave me an estimate within 24hrs.  As I requested (hoping more leaves would fall), they waited one week to do the work.  We have a steep driveway with water run-off "ditches" on either side that go behind the garage and down to the lake.  They cleaned the ditches, our driveway/parking pad, and the back yard.  The job was excellent.  Will definitely hire them again.

"Trish was amazing.  I called from out of town because my sister 'n law had just moved into a place with her daughter and was in need of some serious help.  I live in Virginia and was unable to be there.  I called GWH and Trish took care of everything.  The place I had already heard was in very bad shape.  She let me know the condition of the place (which was horrible), what needed to be done, and how much it was going to cost.  The work was done quickly and very well.  She scrubbed the place clean, painted, removed old carpet and put in new, cleaned the upholstery on the couches, and is going back to help out with the yard at no cost to us.  It literally went from a place my sister dreaded, to a place she could feel comfortable living in and her daughter wouldn't suffer with allergies in.  I couldn't have asked for more.  She truly is a blessing and works very hard to make the customer happy on all possible levels.  Thank you GWH!!!!"
