Repp's Roofing

Project seemed ok until months after. These roofs are supposed to expand and contract with the seasons, but the ridge installed by Brandon Reep doesn't. It kinked pretty noticably which opens the ridge vent for bad things to enter. I got the run-around from Brandon and Ashley on the phone. Brandon did stop by once, and he said yes it's a problem and he'd fix it. I lost count of how many phone calls I've made to them since. Ashley sounds sincere on the rare times she's answered the phone, but they are not trustworthy.
Obviously these people are all about the checks they haven't got yet. Once the money has changed hands its on to the next job. The installation was faulty even though it couldn't be witnessed til later. My advice to those who use Reeps is to withhold at least 25% of the dough for 6 months. That might be enough time to test the soundness of the roof, and they might even call you rather than delete your messages.

After three attempts to get our leak, fixed we called Repp's Roofing. He identified the problem and made excellent repairs. We still need further repairs but he has a busy schedule and have to wait for his schedule to open up. It can be difficult to get a quick return call.
