His estimate was reasonable, clear and concise and he never tried to upsell or add to what we wanted. He gave an honest opinion and recommendation of the work to be done, the timeframe, and the cost, along with possible alternatives that would best suit us. The time he spent with us that day and his willingness to listen and answer all our questions made us feel very confident that finally, we had an answer to our prayers!
