After seeing his work and reasonable pricing the original floor job turned into him painting the whole interior of the house for me, new trim and baseboards, and even building all new shelving and racks in my closet. "Unfortunately, my shed with carports was not constructed properly. The carport is sagging so standing water sits on the roof. Nick has yet to return any calls. I have had a number of highly qualified contractors take a look and they all agree that it was constructed poorly in this area. The shed was also constructed without adequate ventilation. I will be following up with the MHIC. I really thought Nick was honorable and would keep his word."
