He is my friend and he builds large homes but he does not have time to even send his crews out to do any small jobs and I understand that. He is probably the best builder in this area. I used to do mortgage lending so he used to build around several construction properties for me. He is very reliable, honest and dependable. He does excellent work. I do not remember how much he charged me the last time that I used him. If I was getting ready to build a home, I would use him and I would not use anybody else.
