Couple of flaws in drywall/paint but I just covered them up by hanging mirrrors or shelving infront. Overall they gave a really good deal on the work and were super nice people."

"My wife and I hired them to renovate our bathroom and kitchen and install a wheelchair ramp. Man, it looks so great in here. They did their best to save us money and make sure we understood what was going on before, during and all the way until completion. We live in a mobile home which definitely was not as easy as a stick house and they found issues we hadn't been aware of. A 3 day estimate turned into nearly 2 1/2 weeks. Again, the issue wasn't their fault, it was working on the mobile home. They worked tirelessly and met all our needs. Definitely recommend and next room we need done we will be calling for them. They also removed trees around the yard that we needed out. They also hauled off all the materials afterwards. Again, so thankful for all their hard work. Pics of bathroom and what they did. "Preston of G-1 Plumbing performed the services and addressed the toilet & drain problem. He was unable to stop leak(made it worse) & submitted his recs to Choice Home for review. I was unable to understand Choice Home's response regarding the faucet leak. Their review stated faucet needed to be replaced BUT it was under "builder's warranty." I built this home in 2005. There is no "builder's warranty" now. I cancelled the proposed work order & paid out-of-pocket. A Friend, who was familiar with my builder and knows faucet components, came to my home, adjusted/cleaned the faucet cartridge and stopped the leak. The CHW tech, Preston, is conscientiuos, however, IMHO lacked the knowledge & experience to stop my leak. Home Warranty Companies, at least in my area, hire owner/operators who need the work to build their business and are NOT the most experienced/knowledgeable & are willing to work for less money. In my experience, Home Warranty Companies want the CHEAPEST resolution, not the BEST. I would recommend G-1 Plumbing for most plumbing issues."
