I had a lot of deck repairs that were necessary and when finished l, he pressure washed the entire job. No messes left behind, and he was nothing but courteous. "Terry has a good heart, and does a good job. But he was late everyday practically and had no crew a different guy every time. He did great work and is super friendly , but clean up is not his thing. He up ended a nest stack of boards I had, and left a lot of debris in the back yard A pretty good stack of boards and junk wood. We got along great. I really like Terri. But I did not get a bud. I asked how many days it would take and paid him $25.00 an hour for the three days that wound up being like 8 days. And some clean up he left for me well as not hauling off limbs as promised. (or burning them). Overall I loved the deck and I like Terry a lot. But I am a straight shooter and told it like it was."
