These two you men showed up and took one window apart, analyzing the problems. They knew what brand the windows were and determined what was needed to fix them. They gave ma a very fair price, ordered the parts and returned when the parts came in. They quickly replaced the broken parts and the repaired windows open and close with ease, like brand new windows. I am elated with the results and am having all the windows in my home repaired. They are all very courteous and professional and I highly recommend them to anyone that has window problems. I am still amazed at how easily my windows can be raised and lowered. Nothing short of a miracle.!!!!! They are GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!"

When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."

"The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

"Jim was great, very glad we found him. He rebuilt stairs and landings, installed stairway rails, did tile in the kitchen, replaced storm doors and more. He is an excellent craftsman, able to manage project work all by himself in good time. He was neat, respectful of someone else's home, polite, jovial, personable, very interesting person to chat with. Yes he is expensive but I understand the experienced tradesmen command a good price and his quality of work justifies it. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."
