He came the next day to evaluate the work and was willing to work with me to make sure a few unique features were included to address some peculiarities with my home. On the scheduled day of the work he showed up on time and he and his crew quickly went to work. The crew members were nice guys and we had some great conversations about college and pro football. The majority of the work was complete by the early afternoon and the entire job was done in only one day. They showed me all the components of the system--outside the home, in the attic and in the house--and showed me how to use and take care of the system. After the weekend we wanted to adjust some of the airflow in the bedrooms and Stacey sent his crew to help us make these adjustments.
