"My air conditioner was not working so I contacted my home warranty service and they sent a local company representative to checkout the problem. It was a capacitor - the technician installed the part and it has been working ever since."

"We were informed Best Home Solutions would be servicing our ovens through our home warranty company after the usual go to. A week later with no contact from them I made the call. I was told if the serviceman had time he would be out to see us that day. I'm so glad they weren't coming to fix my furnace or deliver a kidney. If I'd not called who knows when we would have seen them. Luckily I'm a stay at home mom and was available that day. It would have been nice for them to schedule a service rather than have them drop by when they had time.

Gas Grill Installation questions, answered by experts

No. Placing a built-in grill against the house is discouraged due to safety concerns. Building codes and regulations often require a minimum distance (typically 10 feet or more) between a gas grill and any combustible structure, including a house. Placing a grill too close poses a fire hazard and risks damage to the siding or structure, potentially leading to carbon monoxide buildup. It's essential to consult local building codes, follow manufacturer guidelines, and prioritize safety by positioning the grill at a safe distance, ideally in a well-ventilated outdoor kitchen or designated grill area.

Local codes often mandate specific fittings, permits, and vent considerations for permitted function and safety, which are enforced by professionals.

You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.

Examples include gas stoves, ovens, and water heaters. Confirm with your provider for specific items.

Safety precautions include proper ventilation, regular inspections for leaks, and ensuring tanks and fittings are in good condition to prevent accidental release or fire hazards.
