  Over the course of 1 year, I had a contract with Advantage. I noticed a pattern with some of the guys. They came in and talked and talked (I too did some of the talking) not related to the work they were hired to do. I got charged for all the time they spend at the house. I called them once to check the noise the washer was making. They showed up early, and washer was running. He talked to me for 30 minutes saying he had to wait until washer was done. After 30 minutes he stopped the washer, took the front cover off, and told me it would be cheaper to get a new washer than to have it fixed. I got charged for 45 min’s of work. Also, at times the tech came with a helper. One time the helper only went to the truck to get things. I ended up paying for 2 people doing the work. I don’t think it is right to pay for a helper, when the helper is not doing any real work, probably just learning the trade. I must say any and all work done, was done right

  . &nbsp;very good. very efficent, through, had inspector come 1 week after work was complete to inspect &nbsp;roof to insure installation met all standards. &nbsp;also met with me to get input and shared his findings. &nbsp;Had 2nd inspection after 1 year. &nbsp;inspection was at no charge but at this time they try to sell you a annual maintence contact. &nbsp;price is reasonable. <br /

  I think he does quality of work. I would say that just like every other contractor out there, finishing the **** job that's the problem with everyone. They get to the end of the job. They know there's not that much money left in it and they're all ready move on to the next job so you gonna hire somebody to finish it. He works mainly with a woman, they worked together. I feel he leaves most of the painting up to her and she's got nowhere she cuts a lot of corners. there's a lot of spots we need to re-hit on the painting. I did not care for a few approaches they did or not showing up again. He's capable of very good work but couple things I didn't like and it gonna cost a few money to get it fix, they probably don't belong in the three thousand square ft house business, they probably belong in the one thousand two fifty and hundred square foot business. Again, they were sometimes they did not showed up but that's every contractors. I think they had enough care for the quality and completion of the job to really say okay, I want this work to be complete and I wanted to be perfect. I know that perfection is a tough thing to acquire but they had no interest. They were ready to move on to the next job and that's how it ended. I never fired them, they just stop showing up. I had to have a 2 weeks break because I have to stop the job and get the stuff done on the attic and they never came back

  Ethan explained (in detail) how they would not only set up the panels on top of my home, but that they will also &quot;pressurize&quot; my home, including my air conditioning unit, to ensure that I get the best service possible from my panels! &nbsp;He explained every detail of cost, taxes, and best of all REBATES! &nbsp;He explained several methods of purchase, as well. &nbsp;I have his personal cell phone number in case I have questions, and I can call their office at ANY TIME if I need anything. &nbsp;So far, my experience with Sunpro Solar (Mandeville, LA) has been nothing short of great! &nbsp;In a few weeks, I'll have my solar panels installed. &nbsp;The time it has taken to get to this process has been minimal. &nbsp;Everyone I've spoken with at Sunpro Solar has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, respectful, and accommodating. <br /
