"What a pleasant experience start to finish. Within seconds after posting the problem with my water heater I received f telephone call from the plumber himself (Nick Schmidt). He said he was in the area and would come by and diagnose the problem and provide me with an estimate. He found the problem with minutes and gave me a reasonable estimate to repair the water heater and an explanation as to why the heater was not working properly. He ordered the parts and within 24 hours he was back at the house doing the repair. I can not say how pleasing it has been to work with a no-nonsense professional craftsman. "Tom always arrived when he said he would, and he was finished working when he said he would be. He suggested very nice 16and quot; tile with a beautiful accent strip for the shower surround. The shower has a nice tile bench with rounded corners that are not sharp to sit on.
In addition, we asked Tom if he knew anyone who could fix a bedroom door that would not close, and he said he could fix it himself. He took the door of its hinges, shaved off the top, and remounted it. He did not charge us anything for that, even when we offered to pay."
