He made up a cat 5 cable for us to hook the internet to the phone and he explained all the features. He also called back to make sure we didn’t run into any problems. "My service is spotty at best. I need internet to conduct my business. The other day, they came out and shut off my service because it was "leaking." I understand that they have certain obligations, but no one contacted me about the issue, no one tried to schedule a time to fix it, they just shut it off. I was without internet for 3 days. I lost at least $800 worth of business over those three days and had to work at Starbucks to complete the contracts I already had. When I called to complain, they offered to credit me for the 3 days I was without service. And when I told them that was unacceptable, they told me that I should use someone else, then laughed and said "Oh, you can't. We're the only ones here." Seriously, if I had any other options I would dump them like a hot potato."

For the average home office, you should only need one line. It’s uncommon to need more than one business line for a small or starting business.
