Knowledgeable, personable, and friendly technician. He explained the system, set-up, and usage. We have never used a satellite provider previously; he explained the similarities and differences from the typical cable providers. He tested the system and components to ensure functionality. Overall, a positive experience.

Service is good. Lots of channels. Price a little high but seemed to be the best deal we could find. They've been good on everything.

My experience with Dish Network has been very good. The only thing I've every had which I don't like was the offer to purchase additional services at a discounted or no-cost basis in a certain period of time. I don't like those offers and what I'm saying is not limited to them. The other thing I want them to know which I think applies to any satellite service is that during severe weather, you lose your television service which means that if you're relying upon that to get information, you won't get it. They should have the technology to deal with that but they don't. They're very reasonably priced and they don't have any gimmicks. They give you straight forward information. I don't normally have to have them come out, a few times that I have it's been okay.

I recently checked on some additional services with them. I highly recommend them; the service is excellent. I have had a very good experience with them and their price is good. They give you a two hour service window and I have never had to wait for service with them. I will use them again in the future.
