They have a special deal where you could get an oil change, tire rotation and all that stuff for $40 .I had to leave the car overnight. I think I got it in a day or two. They're pretty busy up there. I didn't come in contact with any workers.

Service department was exceptional. John was very helpful in the service department couldn't ask for a better experience. I'll definitely be taking my vehicles Their for service again.

After walking out of another dealer in town because I was treated so badly, I went to Landers and met Jason Adams. My family has since purchased multiple vehicles from him. He is not your typical and quot;high pressureand quot; salesman. He actually cares about his customers and will take the time to help you find the perfect vehicle. He has gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. I also use Landers service department and have been very happy thus far. Their service advisors are among the best. They are helpful, take the time to explain the work completed, and make sure you are happy with everything before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are a bit slow. I would recommend waiting for a coupon as they can be a bit pricey. The service techs do come talk to you though, and give you updates.

Our purchasing request began in June 2012, when we asked Mr. Hinshaw to advise us when the dealership had a vehicle with our desired options. Mr. Hinshaw followed through by staying in touch with us, and he promptly notified us when the vehicle became available. Mr. Hinshaw went into great detail to describe the many technical, but valuable features on the new 2013 Explorer model. We were delighted to witness Mr. Hinshaw's deep commitment to ensure that we were not only satisfied, but well educated in all the new features. The price was excellent, and a very fair value was given to us for our trade-in.

They always seem to do a very good job. They offer a warranty, and they have always taken good care of me.

The service technician (Tim) that I spoke with on the phone and in person was very polite and professional. I was pleased with their services and will be a repeat customer.

I wanted to get my car cleaned inside out, including its upholstery. I was given great service. The car gleamed and shone inside out. The car upholstery was completely dry when it was given to me. They had removed stains and deodorized it, so it looked clean and smelt wonderful.

My car wouldn't start easily. Charging the battery didn't resolve my issue. So the mechanic did an engine checkup and cleaned the dirt that had slipped into the ignition chamber. It was a good job done by the company. And the company has some very efficient people working with it.

I had a very good experience with this company. They did some excellent work. They changed the entire body of my car and now my car looks really great, and attracts a lot of positive attention on the road. Good job done.

My alternator was not working properly and my car door lock was also damaged so they replaced the alternator and fixed the lock of my car.

Due to water and dust seeping into the motor of my power windows, the motor stopped working properly. After servicing, they move smoothly again, without any noise and without getting stuck. I liked the work done so efficiently.

The exhaust system had become misaligned. There was also some corrosion in the brackets which needed to be replaced. Good friendly service given by the mechanics here.

Landers grossly overcharged for this work. They only had the car for four hours, though they charged for nine. Also, they were supposed to charge $80 an hour and charged $110. When I argued, they returned part of my money, but I'd never recommend them. Also, I later found out they never replaced a part they said they had.

The car used to run poorly. They repaired the car's piston that caused the problem. They returned my car on time after rectifying the problem. I usually give my car for servicing or repairs to them, and will continue to do so as I've got some excellent service from them.
