"In the event a customer is unhappy with our services, rest assured that we take the matter seriously. We began taking care of the Members lawn in the spring of 2012. The Member initially contacted our office in the spring of 2013, 16 months ago, to have the technician’s manager, the Territory Manager, look at a yellow spot in the lawn. The Territory Manager indicated that the yellow spot was “fert burn where it looked like the technician had spilled fertilizer on the lawn.” Instructions were given to the Member to water the lawn and if the area did not improve, we would come out and sod the damaged area. A few months later in the summer, the Member asked the Territory Manager to call him because the damaged area was not coming back. The Territory Manager talked to the Member and told him that he would give Four Seasons Lawn Care the Member’s address so that the damaged area could be sodded. Four Seasons went out and sodded the damaged area. Last fall, the Member again contacted our office requesting the Territory Manager call him regarding burnt areas in his lawn. The Territory Manager spoke to the Member regarding the area next to the original damaged area (which was repaired with new sod), and the Member said he would wait until spring of 2014 to see if the lawn came back. The Territory Manager told the Member if it did not, we would be happy to come out and sod the damaged turf surrounding the new sodded area. In the spring of 2014, the Member called and cancelled his services with us stating he was going to wait and see what a section of his lawn was going to do this summer. A few months later the Member posted on Angie’s List that he was unhappy rather than contact our office. Shortly after the Member posted the review, we received notice from Angie’s List. Pursuant to our office policy, we entered a Manager’s Inspection to have the Territory Manager inspect the lawn. The Territory Manager inspected the lawn and determined that some additional areas of the lawn needed to be sodded. The Territory Manager arranged for Four Seasons to have those additional areas sodded. Four Seasons needed clarification on the areas that needed the additional sod. On July 29, 2014, we spoke with the Member and he was going to mark the spots that Four Seasons needed to sod. On August 19, 2014, the Territory Manager followed up with the Member to see if the lawn was doing better. The Member stated that he was happy with the sod job and that at this time he was not ready to re-activate but if in the future he changed his mind, he would contact us. Herbi-Systems is sorry for the damage that the spilled fertilizer caused to the Member’s lawn, but hope that the steps taken to replace the damaged turf has corrected the situation to the Member’s satisfaction."
The commercial is true - they do know how to kill your weeds!!! Best this yard has ever looked!!! I would highly recommend this company.

The lawn responded to treatment exactly as the technician explained. The follow-up application removed more weeds and crabgrass, and the lawn is looking much better than before.
"In the event a customer is unhappy with our services, rest assured that we take the matter seriously. It is our policy to contact each customer after every service to check on results. Below, we have outlined the details of events leading up to the Angie’s List Member complaints, along with our responses, personal attention and services, which also included a complimentary application. April 15, 2013, Herbi-Systems received a phone call from the Member to inquire if his technician treated the left side of his lawn. Our company generated a customer call for the technician to follow up with the Member regarding treatment being done on the left side on his lawn, but there was no mention of dead spots. Our technician then called back that same day and confirmed that he is treating the left side of his lawn. April 23, 2013, The Member called in and requested that a manager looks at the dark spots in his lawn. The Herbi-Systems office staff entered a Manager Inspection Service call to review the lawn’s dark spots. April 24, 2013, A Herbi-Systems Territory Manager met with the Member about the dark spots, which was a fungus. The Member called and agreed to a fungicide application. The fungicide application was entered into the system and documents were printed. April 30, 2013, Fungicide completed. May 30, 2013, The Member called Herbi-Systems and cancelled the account due to dissatisfaction with the dark spots and fungus. At Herbi-Systems, a Manager Inspection is generated when a customer cancels due to dissatisfaction. A Manager Inspection was then entered to follow up on the Member’s lawn. June 3, 2013, The Herbi-Systems Territory Manager conducted the Manager Inspection and informed the Member that the lawn looks better, that it will take time for the grass to fill in, and to call him back with any questions. June 14, 2013, Herbi-Systems contacted the Member in response to the Angie’s List complaint. A customer call was generated and the Territory Manager spoke directly to the Member. The Manager called the Member back the same day, although the Member had limited time to discuss the matter, the Manager communicated to the Member that Herbi-Systems will provide a free fungicide application and arranged for the two to meet. June 18, 2013, The Herbi-Systems Territory Manager met with the Member while applying the fungicide and persuaded the Member to stay with Herbi-Systems to get the problem fixed. Herbi-Systems sprayed a fungicide at no charge and told the Member that the company would schedule a return visit in three weeks to check on his lawn. The Manager also placed a follow-up service call to add more fertilizer to the Member’s lawn. June 21, 2013, Per the Territory Manager Inspection, the Member’s technician treated the Member’s lawn with a free courtesy service call to treat with more fertilizer. July 2, 2013, The Herbi-Systems technician provided a (free of charge) regular program treatment with fertilization and weed control application. July 09, 2013, The Herbi-System’s Territory Manager evaluated the progression of the lawn and noticed the bare spots are gradually filling in and looks a lot better and that he would be back for another manager inspection in another three weeks. The Herbi-System’s Territory Manager will continue to follow up on the Member’s lawn every three weeks to inspect the lawn until the bare areas are filled completely and the Member’s lawn meets his satisfaction. Results on future service coming soon."
