After having dealt with two other so-called pros, I finally spoke with Eternal Electric. From the very beginning, I was treated as a valued customer and was quoted a fair price for my project. They arrived on schedule, completed the work and cleaned up afterwards. I am very pleased with the finished product and will definitely use them again for future projects as well as recommend them highly to friends and family.

On time, customer service was great. Not only saved me 40-50% over other bids, but they got done on time and cleaned up their mess. They installed ceiling lights in my family room. Great job.

Eternal Power should have made me aware that they only worked on high voltage. My equipment is low voltage. So I spent $60.00 with problem not solved. The technical gave me the number for Daniel who (allegedly does work on low voltage). I called him that very day and he has not had the courtesy to return my call. I will never use Eternal Power not anyone they recommend.
