"I texted a request early in the morning and had a response within a few hours and he came to the house that evening. He gave me the option to fix the few tiles (which he felt would be a temporary fix) or to pull everything up and put down concrete board and retile. I chose to have him retile. The work was started 4 days later and completed the next day (Christmas Eve). They took care to pull up the tiles so that they could be reused. It has been almost 2 weeks and no problems. I have had to fix and paint some trim but Paul said at the time that he and his crew do not paint and that I should expect to have to do some painting where they had to tear out the baseboards. Overall, I am happy."

"They were very hard workers, but to me were expensive. They worked very hard & asked me to be very clear about what I wanted, which was to clean hail debris, remove dead tree & wood, & general clean up & they did clean & move a lot of stuff, trying very hard to do all I wanted. They were very friendly & courteous. Only one problem, They left 4 fires burning, The fires were large & burned for 2 days, making me very nervous, so on the third day when I had to leave the house for a while, I put them out with the hose."

"Chris is AMAZING! He arrived on time, assembled a patio set and a cover for an ac unit. He was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the whole process. Great pro! Definitely hiring him again!"

Grill Assembly questions, answered by experts

Gas grill installation costs around $540 on average, not including the price of the actual grill, and most homeowners pay between $120 and $1,400. This total will go toward laying down a new gas line, connecting it to your existing gas system, pressure testing the line, and connecting it to your grill. Your total project price will depend on the length of the gas line, whether or not the line needs to be installed underground, and the cost of the permits in your area.

On average, a gas grill can last from five to 15 years. The exact lifespan depends on several factors, including the brand and quality of the grill, frequency of use, and whether the gas line is buried or above ground. With proper maintenance and care, such as regular deep cleanings to remove food, grease, and carbon deposits, a grill's life can be extended. Protecting the grill from the elements with a cover can also prevent rust and reduce the need for repairs. Most grill manufacturers also offer extended warranties, which vary in coverage and terms.

Propane sales companies typically offer propane delivery, tank installation and maintenance, grilling refills, and emergency support for supply interruptions.

You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.

Local codes often mandate specific fittings, permits, and vent considerations for permitted function and safety, which are enforced by professionals.
