However;our old hot water heater was inspected,and removed.A new hot water heater was installed,and is working perfectly. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"I purchased 4 hours of service through the Arkansas Daily Deal.  When I called to schedule my service I was informed that the 4 hours of service I had purchased did not include going into the attic that there would be a minimum charge of $75.00 for that, therefore, I purchased  a led retrofit light from Home Depot so they would not have to go into the attic.  When he arrived he said that it would not work that he would have to install a new can light that he had on his truck and he would have to go into the attic to do so.  He charged me $48.00 for your basic can light and $75.00 additional labor.  Since I had already paid $99.00 it cost me $232.69 for your basic can light and about 45 minutes of labor.  I would never call them again.
