"Dave was so nice and compassionate, helpful, answered all my questions and went above and beyond the call of duty. My job was difficult to say the least installing a ceiling fan on a two story high living room that required Scaffolding 3 levels high and a step ladder on top of that. It was scary and nerve wracking to see him up so high and nervous he would fall and get hurt. It didn’t seem to bother him at all. He was so professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him! Thanks Dave and his friend that came to help both were so sweet!!"

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
