"If you don’t want to deal with BS, Ted is your guy. He shows up and works hard. He does all the work himself, and he does a good job. The quality of his tile work is definitely expert level. His pricing is very transparent, as he provides an itemized list for everything he charges for. He’s just a real solid, old school type of guy that you can trust to do what he says he is going to do. He’s also very up front about anything that he doesn’t feel qualified to do. He keeps his job site clean and hauls off all the debris and waste. He’s very flexible and easy to work with. I messed up and bought the wrong kind of tile for the floor, but Ted worked with me to get it all straightened out. I would advise you to clear anything you are going to buy with your contractor first before you buy it. Overall, I highly recommend Ted."

"We recently hired Mark and his team to remodel a bathroom for us. It was a big job (tub/shower, toilet, counters, sinks, flooring, etc.) so we were a bit intimidated by what the pricing might look like. Mark's quote was very competitive and the work they completed was fantastic. Everything turned out exactly as we had hoped and it was done within the promised timeline. "Great! Chip decided brittle PVC pipes on water heater needed an upgrade for security & longevity. Chip was right. Until a toilet spews fumes that drives you out of your house you will never appreciate a pro like Chip as much as you ever thought possible. Sleeping in your own bed is good!"

"I love my new shower surround from Bath Planet of Arkansas! Chris was very helpful from the beginning through the end of the installation. I went into the showroom with only a vague idea of what I wanted. Chris helped me figure out a beautiful fit for my bathroom. When the installers came to my house they were kind and very respectful of my home. They covered up all the floor surfaces where they walked in and out of my home. When the job was done they cleaned up perfectly. Afterwards, the office called to follow up to make sure everything went well. I highly recommend Bath Planet of Arkansas!"
