They arrived on time exactly when they said that they would, respected my property by cleaning up every bit of dust and mess that they made without being asked to. They laid out drop cloths over every area they walked on, and draped plastic in my bathroom to keep it clean. Victoria kept me up to date on everything that they were doing and why, and gave balanced and reasonably priced options for the repair work that needed to be done. The original install of this shower during construction was done poorly, and Dominguez Flooring left my shower in MUCH better condition than they found it. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for a tile-work professional."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Even reglued my other sink to my kitchen countertop - I had only asked for the one that came loose. His kitchen tile replacement, wall/repair paint job and kitchen cabinet repair were outstanding! "Jerry and Chris did an excellent job. I had an old 4 ft picket fence and wanted a new 6 ft privacy fence. They built a 6 ft fence using the original 4 ft posts by extending the posts to the correct height. Saved me some $$ and it turned out great."

"Well, they were late.  Didn't bring a ladder,  but I have an extra that another contractor left here, so I had one they could use.  Cleaned the gutters, which required removing the  gutter covers/ leaf preventers (hah!) and then re-installing them.

Unfortunately, about 3 weeks later we had some pretty strong winds and 3 of the gutter covers blew off.  I hadn't gotten around to re-installing them when they came to install the Christmas lights, so they put them back on for me.

Also, they didn't turn the water off when they were through.  A couple weeks later the POA came by to tell me I had a water leak; well , no, the fools had left the water running.  My water bill was triple that month.  Sheesh.

So, yeah, I wouldn't have made the same mistakes if I'd done it myself, but I really don't want to be on the roof where it's a two-story drop and there's no one here to watch.  So I'll probably use these folks again, but I also know to check EVERYTHING before they leave."
