I paid a service contract for a year. The contract states they will come to my house twice a year for service and maintenance on my heat pump. In the year they didn't come once. When I called to question they always said they would add me to the list. I paid for service I did not get.

This service was just what we needed. He arrives when he says he will and his prices are reasonable. He takes pride in his work and makes our yard look so good.

Mr. Knight was very professional.  Was here when he said he'd be. Clean up after completing the job was execellent, left NO mess. The bill was very reasonable. (eventho he services the Lake Village area) I will call him again for any plumbing problem.
