I paid a service contract for a year. The contract states they will come to my house twice a year for service and maintenance on my heat pump. In the year they didn't come once. When I called to question they always said they would add me to the list. I paid for service I did not get.

Quick. Reliable. Stayed on the premises until everything was working properly.  We had traveled for over 34 hours from an overseas location without a rest.  Had no patience for "baloney".... Dean's sure helped us out.

They completed the A/C repair first, Then came back a few days later and did the insulation repair. One thing that did happen is the unit was under an extended warranty, and they did submit a claim that gave us back about $300.00 of the bill. I will give them credit for doing this job promptly as it was needed to complete the sale of the property. We actually paid for the job at closing on July 28th 2010.
