"Miller and his colleagues were able to do a lot of things quickly. Along with everything else, they also grabbed some old furniture that I needed help moving to the curb. They took several cares to make sure nothing was damaged during the move, including wrapping the furniture, turning off all the lights, and packaging the picture frames."

"I felt like the estimate over the phone and the actual price was too far apart.. but they responded quickly and did a great job so I would recommend them."

"Awesome! Christian and Rafael were super professional, kind, and thorough. They completely cleaned out my parents garage and attic, full of 40+years of accumulation. They moved many heavy items that would have been impossible or difficult to move on my own. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. The service was worth every penny."

Land-clearing projects often take professionals one to two days to complete, but your timeframe can get much longer—sometimes up to a week or more—if you need your pros to clear a large section of land, grind down multiple large trees below the ground, or clear especially dense or heavy materials, like landscaping boulders and brush. A land-clearing expert will usually give you an accurate timeline along with your quote to help you better plan your project.

Depending on where you live and how much furniture you’re disposing of, you could schedule a large item collection with your municipal trash pick-up services, hire a junk removal company, or rent a dumpster.

The cost of biohazard cleanup averages between $3,000 and $5,000 for most homeowners. Some services, like sanitizing high-traffic areas or sanitizing surfaces from a virus, cost closer to $1,500. However, other circumstances, like the extensive cleanup after a major sewer backup, could cost as much as $25,000

A house demolition entails removing the structure of your home using demolition equipment. This leaves most of the materials practically unusable. You can reduce project costs and harvest building materials by choosing deconstruction instead. Deconstruction involves salvaging as many reusable materials and structural pieces from the home as possible. The foundation is typically left intact.
