Great service, went above and beyond explaining everything to my parents. The install went smoothly, they even called and told them they were running behind a few hours finishing another job. "I was concerned about some shingles that were curling up and called Travas Jones of Duraplex. He had replaced the roof on my previous house because of hail damage and I was happy with his work. Travas himself came out and did the necessary repairs (giving up much of his Saturday). Very pleased with the work Duraplex does and would not hesitate to call them again, if needed.
