"Originally contacted them to repair some water-damaged siding on some dormers that wouldn’t be covered by insurance. While scoping out that work, they noted hail damage to my roofing that they felt would easily qualify for an insurance claim. I filed a claim with my insurance for the roof, and they sent out a third-party appraisal company that is notorious for denying claims, and my claim was denied. Arcadia then brought out their own roofing people, documented the damage and refuted the “inadequate ventilation” claim of the third-party appraiser, filed the revised information with my insurer, and as a result my insurance approved the claim for a new roof on my house and out building. Arcadia’s workmen were thorough, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves each day. I cannot say enough good things about Arcadia and would highly recommend them to any potential customers."

"When describing my project on the Home Advisor site, I plainly stated I needed a CHAIN LINK fence repaired; however, several fence repair companies and private contractors called me about my wood fence . I wasted so much of their time and mine explaining it s a chain link fence. AND...the worst part is that those guys all told me that they have to pay Home Advisor $25 each time they get a referral. "I have never had a better experience. The installers showed up on time and worked throughout the day without a break. They replaced 15 windows and were finished by 3:30. They did an INCREDIBLE job, careful not to dirty the carpeting, vacuumed their mess inside, and dropped debris in trash cans outside the window openings as to not disturb by landscaping. My house looks great, my electric bill has been cut by almost $100/month, and they are so easy to clean. Being double pane it cuts a lot of the outside noise. Next project with CBI is siding.
