"I've had them for probably a year. I had to have them come out once and they were very good. They were excellent. They did what they said. One of the things they fixed didn't work so well and they came back immediately. It was on a garbage disposal, but they were excellent. I haven't run into any problems. The quality of work is excellent. Nice people come out. It was fine. Everything worked out really well with them. I wish it was cheaper, but what am I going to do? It's within my reach. I'm retired and I don't have a budget. It's still reachable. It's understandable, even though you don't want that."

"It went very well and very fast. He started by going and getting the part. Anx then he proceeded to take the old part off. Tjen he un hooked the hoseand the timer. He put the new vaccum breaker on then tightened the nut. He proceed to put the timer and the hose fittings on. Then turned the water on to make sure it wouldnt leak. He took the broken piece and i paid him and he was very respectfull. And left."

Never put glass in the garbage disposal. It can damage your disposal or eject shards of glass out of the disposal and cause injury. If you get broken glass in your garbage disposal, turn it off and cut the power from the breaker, use a tool like pliers or tongs to remove the glass, and use a wet-dry vacuum to remove the remaining glass pieces. While unplugging your garbage disposal and plugging it back in may help, most units have an actual reset button, a bright red switch found on the underside of your unit.
