I don't expect everything to go perfect, but I judge a business by the finished product and how they react to an issue. I had real problem with the door. I asked the owner to come look. They agreed with the issue and offered me an upgrade at no additional costs. That is REAL customer service. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of the owner. we communicated via text. Always got an answer within the hour even after normal business hours. I have told the owner they give my name as a reference any time."

"The initial service was good with responsive consideration to my needs.  But the team was never very friendly or wanting to listen to the things I needed done with my property, instead wanting to rush through the job.  It became increasingly difficult to receive information on when they workers would be at my property and as I have to be home to let them in the back, often they would arrive without texting me, as previously set up, and they would only do the front lawn.  I prefer an individual lawn care provider and not a "team".
