"The project began in a very timely manner and was finished in 2 weeks. My husband and I wanted a large deck added onto our home to allow for a larger entertaining area outside. The deck is well made, she used screws per my husband's request and premium deck boards that added a great touch to the aesthetic of the deck. A pergola was added to a portion of the deck which is beautiful. We also added an outdoor fan to the pergola. The fan installation took a bit more work than anticipated. As a heads up, if you want ANY outdoor fans have the electrician come out and install/add the necessary outlets prior to building the deck. The electrician did a great job and hid the conduit as much as possible. Overall, we really enjoyed our deck and Cheryl made the experience painless. She also had many examples of decks, pergolas, etc that my husband and I could review and incorporate into our deck. She also had drafts of the plans to have us review and were able to change. It helped my husband make his decision to be able to visualize on paper. A few companies we interviewed didn't offer this service. I feel very comfortable recommending this company to family and friends.

"The initial service was good with responsive consideration to my needs.  But the team was never very friendly or wanting to listen to the things I needed done with my property, instead wanting to rush through the job.  It became increasingly difficult to receive information on when they workers would be at my property and as I have to be home to let them in the back, often they would arrive without texting me, as previously set up, and they would only do the front lawn.  I prefer an individual lawn care provider and not a "team".
