Experience! 25 years as a worker puts succes in your hands. I am able to take on any interior or exterior home projects, save for roofing. And even that is negotiable. Whether it's a new install, repair, or remodel, I have the expertise to know the "Handy Solution."

Once the original tile was removed, this showcases the damage found, and a pretty easy decision for the homeowner to get replaced.
The old mail slot that was unused enough to need replacement, or a new fabrication.
After the majority of shrubbery had been removed.
Once I had removed the old subfloor, this is the new subfloor, also under the Doorframe, and on top of the foundational structure, to keep the new door sturdy.
The noticeable gap with the old threshold that had been warped from years of traffic.
