  Martin will not attempt to oversell you on chemicals that you don't need, as will other local providers.  My main complaints in working with Martin is their lack of responsiveness.  Once you get pool maintenance started, they will come weekly.  However, it takes a while to get them coming to your house, and for any other appointments you need scheduled.  They don't provide courtesy calls, so you never know when they are going to show up.  My husband and I have two large dogs that are often in our backyard, so this is a problem.  They seem very disorganized and not inclined to work with the customer.  They provide service at their convenience

  They do very good work. I worked very well with their installer who did all of their work. Their price for any parts that they sell you is very high. It is a lot higher than anywhere else. The price for the pool liner wasn’t bad but the parts for pump or plumbing were very high on their price. The parts that you can buy on the internet for $20, they were charging me $60 for it. The work they did was really fantastic as far as their installers, the work they did and their punctuality. We had a few problems and they stuck with me and sorted those problems out

  If in the future if we need anything done with our pool we have a pool company when can rely on and call them if we need to. They started the job about a month before they expected to be able to. They were finished in two days and we expected about five days to a week before they would complete the job and as far as the actual work I don't think anyone could have redone the bottom of a pool any better than these guys did, well let me say I KNOW it could not have been done any better or smoother than it was done. They went above what they actually was suppose to do and they cleaned their mess up, they were just awesome. The only down fall about this company is they only do liner pools so if you have just a concrete I am not thinking they do anything with them. I would use these people no matter where I lived in Arkansas...We have already discussed with them when and if we have a new pool (which is what we need) put in that we would have them do it. I can not imagine anyone being disappointed with this company...Thank you Aloha Pools for living up to what the customer's standards are...
